APC Easy UPS On-Line SRV 19" Rail Kit 700mm Depth

High quality, Double-conversion On-line UPS designed for essential power protection needs even in the most unstable power conditions.

These rail kits are ideal for mounting rack Easy UPS in a rack. These rail kits can support equipment measuring up to 16.75" (43cm) to 17.7" (45cm) wide.

Installation: 1. Insert 4 pieces of fixing nuts into the following locations of rail sliders. Be sure fix them firmly. Then, pull apart two ends of rail sliders and place them in a chassis. Be sure the pulling distance meets the depth of rack chassis and place fixing studs to the corresponding holes on supporting columns. For example, if depth of rack chassis is 700mm, please pull the length of rail sliders is 700mm.

2. Use 4 pieces of M6 screws to mount rail sliders into chassis.

3. According to UPS height, put 6 pieces of nuts on proper location.

4. Put UPS with assembled ears on the rail support.

5. Fix the UPS in position with 4 screws.

6. Assembly is complete.

Installation – Cage Nut Install the cage nut:

1. From the inside of the rack, insert the cage nut into the square hole.

2. Hook one tab of the cage nut assembly through the far side of the hole.

3. Place the cage nut tool on the other side of the cage nut and pull to snap into position.

Installation – Mounting Brackets Install the Mounting Brackets:

Using the hardware provided, install the Mounting Brackets in the location where you plan to install your Rack PDU or other equipment. There are four Mounting Brackets in the Kit; two (2) for the left side of the rack and two (2) for the right side of the rack.

Make sure to position the Mounting Brackets so that the small end of the cut out is at the bottom so the toolless mounting peg of a Rack PDU installs securely.

Installation Install the cage nut:

From the inside of the rack, insert the cage nut into the square hole.
Hook one tab of the cage nut assembly through the far side of the hole.
Place the cage nut tool on the other side of the cage nut and pull to snap into position.
Install the 50 kg Accessory Shelf

Install four (4) cage nuts to the front two vertical mounting rails as described above.
Install four (4) cage nuts to the inside of the rear vertical mounting rails as described above.
At the front of the rack, attach four (4) screws to the front of the shelf and into the four (4) cage nuts you installed in the vertical mounting rails.
At the rear of the rack, install four (4) screws to the rails on the rear of the shelf and through the four (4) cage nuts installed in the vertical mounting rails.

Installation Bottom Panel:

Install the bottom panel first. Tilt the panel into the side brace on the bottom of the rack as shown in the illustration.
Bring the panel up into position over the side brackets located on the rack.
Top Panel:

Install the bottom edge of the top panel over the top edge of the bottom panel.
Tilt the panel up into position.
Lock the top panel with the key to secure it into position. The lock latch in the vertical (locking) position fits behind the top side brace.
