APC Easy UPS On-Line SRV 19" Rail Kit 700mm Depth

High quality, Double-conversion On-line UPS designed for essential power protection needs even in the most unstable power conditions.

These rail kits are ideal for mounting rack Easy UPS in a rack. These rail kits can support equipment measuring up to 16.75" (43cm) to 17.7" (45cm) wide.

Installation: 1. Insert 4 pieces of fixing nuts into the following locations of rail sliders. Be sure fix them firmly. Then, pull apart two ends of rail sliders and place them in a chassis. Be sure the pulling distance meets the depth of rack chassis and place fixing studs to the corresponding holes on supporting columns. For example, if depth of rack chassis is 700mm, please pull the length of rail sliders is 700mm.

2. Use 4 pieces of M6 screws to mount rail sliders into chassis.

3. According to UPS height, put 6 pieces of nuts on proper location.

4. Put UPS with assembled ears on the rail support.

5. Fix the UPS in position with 4 screws.

6. Assembly is complete.

APC Easy UPS On-Line SRV 19" Rail Kit 900mm Depth

These rail kits are ideal for mounting rack Easy UPS in a rack. These rail kits can support equipment measuring up to 16.75" (43cm) to 17.7" (45cm) wide. SRVRK1 can support equipment with a maximum weight of 60kg and SRVRK2 can support up to 100kg.

Installation: 1. Use 4 screws to mount right and left rail sliders in front.

2. Use 4 screws to mount rail sliders in back.

3. According to UPS height, put nuts on proper location

4. Put UPS on the rail support and fix the UPS in position with screws.

5. Assembly is complete.

Easy Rack PDU mounting bracket

Single width, 2 pairs


Installation Install the cage nut:

1. From the inside of the rack, insert the cage nut into the square hole.

2. Hook one tab of the cage nut assembly through the far side of the hole.

3. Place the cage nut tool on the other side of the cage nut and pull to snap into position.

Install the Mounting Brackets:

Using the hardware provided, install the Mounting Brackets in the location where you plan to install your Rack PDU or other equipment. There are four Mounting Brackets in the Kit; two (2) for the left side of the rack and two (2) for the right side of the rack.

Make sure to position the Mounting Brackets so that the small end of the cut out is at the bottom so the toolless mounting peg of a Rack PDU installs securely.

Easy Rack 1U Cable Manager in Depth


Installation The 1U Cable Manager is installed to the front and rear vertical mounting rails on either side of your Easy Rack. The 1U Cable Manager can be adjusted to fit the depth of your Easy Rack. From the center of the mounting holes, the Cable manager can be extended from the minimum depth of 383mm (15.08 in.) to the maximum of 573mm (22.56 in.).

Use the four (4) M5 x 10 Phillips head screws provided to install the 1U Cable Manager to the round holes on the inside edge of the front and rear vertical mounting rails.

Installation Install the cage nut:

3. Place the cage nut tool on the other side of the cage nut and pull to snap into position.

Install the Horizontal Cable Manager:

Using the hardware provided, install the four (4) cage nuts in the vertical mounting rails of your Easy Rack.

Use the four (4) M6 x 12 Pan head T30 screws to secure the Horizontal Cable Manager to the cage nuts.

Installation Install the cage nut:

Install the 50 kg Accessory Shelf

Install four (4) cage nuts to the front two vertical mounting rails as described above. Install four (4) cage nuts to the inside of the rear vertical mounting rails as described above. At the front of the rack, attach four (4) screws to the front of the shelf and into the four (4) cage nuts you installed in the vertical mounting rails. At the rear of the rack, install four (4) screws to the rails on the rear of the shelf and through the four (4) cage nuts installed in the vertical mounting rails. Installation Install the cage nut:

Install the 50 kg Accessory Shelf

Install four (4) cage nuts (provided) to the two front vertical mounting rails as described above. Install four (4) cage nuts (provided) to the inside of the two rear vertical mounting rails as described above. At the front of the rack, attach four (4) M6 x 12 pan head T30 screws (provided) to the front of the shelf and into the four (4) cage nuts you installed in the vertical mounting rails. At the rear of the rack, install four (4) M6 x 12 pan head T30 screws (provided) to the adjustable rails on the rear of the shelf and through the four (4) cage nuts installed in the vertical mounting rails. Remove the eight (8) M4 x 6 screws from the two (2) Vertical Cable Manager Covers.

Use the ten (10) M5 x 10 screws to install the Vertical Cable Manager Body to the vertical mounting rails of your Easy Rack.

Install the Covers to the Vertical Cable Manger Body using the eight (8) M4 x 6 screws you removed when removing the Covers.

5. Lock the top panel with the key to secure it into position. The lock latch in the vertical (locking) position fits behind the top side brace.
