The Lindy 150m Cat.6 4x4 HDMI 4K60 HDBaseT Matrix Extender is an high-end and complete solution to switch and extend 4 HDMI signals to 4 HDBaseT receivers using Cat.6 or above cables up to 150m.

Supporting resolutions up to 4K60Hz including HDR and 1080p, the Matrix Extender is designed for use in Pro AV and digital signage applications for a variety of settings such as education, retail, immersive displays at events and conference rooms.

It supports several signals and features such as analog and coax de-embedded audio, IR matrix function and RS-232 control or pass-through signals. An advanced EDID management allow the user to select different EDID modes while the integrated HDMI loop-out ports enables simultaneous viewing so that a local display can be connected for monitoring each HDBaseT output, or to create additional viewing zones.

PoC (Power over Cable) functionality allows power to be supplied alongside data through Cat.6 network cable between the transmitter and any HDBaseT receiver, meaning only the transmitter unit needs to be powered on.

This unit can be managed by pushing the buttons on the front panel via OSD menu with a OLED screen, IR remote control (included), RS-232 or TCP/IP commands and web GUI.

EDID - Extended Display Identification Data.
It is a way for a video source to discover the capabilities of the sink (display device) it is connected to. EDID information resides in the sink and is made available through the connection to a source device via HDMI, DP, DVI etc. When a sink is connected to a source it receives power for its EDID circuit from the source.

Overview This HDMI 4x1 Multi-View Switch is a high performance video switch which allows signals from four different Full HD sources to be integrated for simultaneous display on a single monitor. Featuring four different viewing modes (Quad-View, Full Screen, Picture and Picture & Dual Video) the Multi-view switch allows for the monitoring of multiple video sources in different viewing configurations to meet the requirements of standard installations.

To ensure optimal performance in mission critical environments the Switch provides seamless switching, ensuring that there is no frame loss whilst switching between the connected source devices or between different picture modes.

Full HD 1080p resolutions are supported on both the input and output for simple integration within typical business environments, whilst the output can be down-scaled to 720p for operation with legacy displays.

Switching between audio and video channels can be completed independently using either the supplied remote control or using the front panel buttons. Simultaneous PoC Distribution
The Cat.6 HDMI 18G Matrix also supports PoC (Power over cable) allowing for power to be distributed alongside audio and video over the cat.6 cabling. This allows for only one power source being required at the transmitter side, ensuring a minimalist and time-saving setup at the receiver locations.

Please Note: The quoted resolutions are possible with a direct connection between transmitter and receiver using good quality Cat.6 solid core cable. Using a different cable type, introducing wall plates, couplers or patch panels will result in a reduction of maximum distances.

Supporting resolutions up to 4K@60Hz, content can be shown in excellent clarity, great for ensuring a high-quality video experience in sports bars, retail stores or multiple consecutive locations in larger installations. Resolutions can easily be scaled and controlled by the user to ensure the optimum, or consistent, resolution is always displayed. 

As well as providing a professional 8x8 matrix switching function, this device can create customisable singular or dual video wall displays in a variety of layouts. EDID - Extended Display Identification Data.
It is a way for a video source to discover the capabilities of the sink (display device) it is connected to. EDID information resides in the sink and is made available through the connection to a source device via HDMI, DP, DVI etc. When a sink is connected to a source it receives power for its EDID circuit from the source.
