The Lindy 70m Cat.6 4 Port HDMI & IR Splitter Extender is a simple to use plug and play solution that allows users to extend an HDMI signal up to 70m and then distribute that signal to four displays using low cost Cat.6 UUTP cable (not included)
For added convenience IR signals (20-60kHz) can also be extended using the supplied IR receiver and emitter cables.
Supporting resolutions up to 4K30, including 1080p 3D, the Splitter Extender is designed for use in AV and digital signage applications for a variety of settings such as home, education, business, retail and healthcare.
An integrated HDMI loop-through output on the transmitter unit enables simultaneous viewing so that a local display can be connected for monitoring, or to create an additional viewing zone

HDMI fibre optic extenders provide reliable extension of HDMI signals over greater distances that are not possible with passive or network cabling solutions. Fibre cable also provide high immunity to RF and EM interference, making this ideal for use in industrial or other high interference installations.
The Lindy Fibre Optic HDMI 4K30 Extender is a cost effective, high performance solution for sending reliable HDMI signals over longer distances using low cost fibre optic cable.
Supporting a maximum resolution of 3840x2160@60Hz, video content can be seen with incredible 4K UHD clarity at distances up to 300m, perfect for use in commercial situations that require the source and display to be positioned far apart that may also include video wall setups or presentation equipment, as well as other applications in pro-AV and digital signage
With support for multi-channel audio, this device will ensure an impressive three-dimensional surround sound performance to compliment video content.
As opposed to other extender solutions, this system requires only a single OM3 LC duplex multimode (50/125µm) fibre cable, which can be detached from the transmitter and receiver, also ensuring cabling can be ran though smaller spaces for a simple installation process.
The extender system comprises two modules, a transmitter and a receiver, which are connected directly to both the HDMI source and display. This allows each device to be connected to a range of source devices including media players and Blu-ray players to display monitors and Tvs.
The modules are then connected together using a single, standard LC duplex single mode fibre cable of up to 300m in length (fibre optic cable is not included).

The Lindy Fibre Optic HDMI 4K60 Extender is an effective, reliable solution for extending 4K UHD HDMI transmissions over incredible distances up to 300m using duplex LC OM3 multi-mode (50/125µm) fibre optic cable.
The extender can transmit full 4K@60Hz signals, using smart methods of compression which decompresses the video at the receiver, allowing for distribution of visually lossless UltraHD content. With HDR (High Dynamic Range) support, content can be seen enhanced contrast, and a much wider colour gamut, perfect for a true home cinema experience or eye-catching digital signage in retail settings. HDCP 2.2 compatibility allows protected 4K UHD content, including Blu-Ray movies, TV shows & streaming services to be enjoyed without issue.
Support for lossless audio formats including Dolby Atmos & Dolby TrueHD adds powerful multi-channel sound to video content, providing an enhanced experience and sense of realism to the viewer.
The use of cost-effective LC OM3 multi-mode fibre optic cabling allows for the transmission of high bandwidth audio and video signals over incredible distances, far greater than is achievable with traditional copper-based extension systems. Fibre optic cables are also completely immune to any electromagnetic and radio frequency interference which makes this extender an ideal solution for installations within environments susceptible to high interference such as medical, aerospace and manufacturing facilities. The cables size and flexibility also allow for easy installation under floors and within wall partitions.
The integrated HDMI fly-lead, low power requirement and super slim form factor provide invaluable flexibility when incorporating this extender into new and existing installations. This built-in flexibility allows each module to be placed in a convenient location near the source and display without blocking ports and creating a discreet installation. The transmitter and receiver can be connected and powered by a variety of HDMI source and display devices such as Blu-Ray players, 4K HDR media players and projectors using the included USB Micro-B cable.

Overview
The Lindy 300m/1000m Fibre Optic HDMI & IR Extender is a high performance solution for extending 4K 60Hz Ultra HD transmissions over incredible distances, which are not possible with traditional copper based systems, using a single standard LC simplex fibre optic cable.
Support for the HDMI 2.0 specification allows for the transmission of highly detailed 4K Ultra HD resolutions, using smart methods of compression, which decompresses the signal at the receiver for a visually lossless picture
Also providing support for High-Dynamic Range, video content can be seen with enhanced brightness, greater contrasts and a much wider colour gamut, perfect for creating eye-catching digital signage in retail, impressive residential installations or taking sports venue distribution to new immersive levels
HDCP 2.2 compatibility also means that protected 4K content including movies and TV shows can be viewed without issue.
As opposed to the use of copper based extension systems, the use of fibre optic cable also ensures immunity to RF and EMI, providing a stable signal in ‘noisy’ retail or industrial environments which can have a high interference from electronics.
With the ability to extend signals up to 1000m the extender provides huge installation flexibility, the transmitter can be easily connected to a variety of HDMI source devices such as Blu-Ray players, 4K HDR media players or PC's in a convenient location, while the receiver can be placed in a suitable viewing area along with a 4K display or projector. The included mounting brackets also allow for a neat installation under desks or discreetly hidden behind displays.
Featuring bi-directional IR and RS-232 ports, the extender provides the capability for source equipment to be seamlessly controlled from the display side, and the display can also be controlled from the HDMI source device, great for providing simple, flexible control over the installation for the user. The support for RS-232 enables the extension of control signals as part of a larger installation.

The Lindy 100m Cat.6 HDMI 4K60, Audio, IR & RS-232 HDBaseT Receiver is one part of a high performance, reliable solution for extending HDMI signals over long distances via Cat.6 network cable. By combining this receiver unit with a compatible Lindy HDBaseT transmitter (i.e 38341), this solution ensures reliable transmission up to 100m.
The following distance and resolution combinations are possible when using high quality Cat.6 U/UTP or F/UTP cable:
100m: 1920x1080@60Hz 4:4:4 8bit
70m: 3840x2160@60Hz 4:4:4 8bit / 4:2:2 12bit
Supporting resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD, video can be viewed in stunning clarity, while additional support for HDR (High Dynamic Range) allows content to be displayed with enhanced brightness, greater contrasts of blacks and whites and a much wider colour gamut. This provides a reliable solution for creating eye-catching digital signage in retail, immersive displays at events or engaging setups in larger conference rooms or lectures halls.
ARC support over HDMI allows for audio content to be returned from the display to a connected amplifier or soundbar, while local audio extraction allows for the connection of audio outputs for immersive multi-channel audio. Digital audio embedding at the receiver side can also be used for source audio, which can easily be switching via the push button on the main unit.
PoC (Power over Cable) functionality provides additional flexibility. This allows power to be supplied alongside data through Cat.6 network cable in a point-to-point connection between the transmitter and receiver, meaning only a single power supply is required at the transmitter unit. Ideal when power outlets are limited at the receiver end of the installation.
Featuring bi-directional IR ports at both sides of the setup, the source equipment can be easily controlled from the display side, and the display can also be controlled from the HDMI source side. Combined with CEC control, which allows commands from one main remote, this extension system allows for complete and simple control for the user. Bi-directional RS-232 and Ethernet ports also allow for integration into larger control systems, or connection to network switches and hubs with LAN access.
In addition, the power supply is connected via a screw type DC jack, providing a more secure and reliable connection, perfect for professional installations where accidental disconnections could create a major issue.
HDBaseT is a globally recognised standard for high quality distribution of AV content and other technologies, including power and control, over longer distances via low cost Cat.6 or above cable.
HDBaseT™ and the HDBaseT Alliance logo are trademarks of the HDBaseT Alliance. Using a different cable type, introducing wall plates, couplers or patch panels will result in a reduction of possible distances.
Please Note: This product uses the DSC method of compression to achieve 18G resolutions. If using another 18G HDBaseT product combined with this, please ensure both products support the same compression type.
