The HDMI over Gigabit Ethernet Extender System is capable of broadcasting 1080p Full HD over a standard gigabit network. It can operate as a standard extender in a single transmitter to single receiver configuration or can be used as a distribution system with a single transmitter to multiple receivers. In addition to extending Full HD 1080p HDMI signals the extender system can also be used to extend USB*, RS232 and IR remote control signals, meaning it can even be used as a KVM extender for remote control of a computer. This Transmitter must be used with a HDMI over Gigabit Ethernet Receiver, just choose the number of receivers you need for your installation.

Overview The C6 HDMI Receiver Premium with HDBaseT Technology has been designed to work with our C6 HDMI 4x4 Matrix Premium

The C6 Receiver Premium supports the transmission of high definition video (resolutions up to 1080p Full HD and 1920×1200@60Hz, including 1080p 3D), multi-channel digital audio and control via IR and RS-232 over a single CAT5e (up to 80m) or CAT6/7 cable (up to 100m) for each output.

The C6 HDMI Receiver supports high resolution digital audio formats such as LPCM 7.1 CH, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD Master Audio as well as 3D content that can be displayed when connecting a 3DTV and 3D source

Power over HDBaseT (PoH) support means that the C6 HDMI Receiver Premium does not require its own separate power supply as it receives its power directly from the C6 HDMI Matrix via the HDBaseT connection, allowing for greater flexibility in installations and the LAN serving function allows devices such as Smart TVs to be connected to the network/internet.

The Lindy 70m Cat.6 HDMI 4K30 & IR Extender is a simple to use solution which lets the user extend HDMI signals up to 70m using a single low cost Cat.6 U/UTP cable (not included). For added convenience, IR signals (20-60 kHz) can also be extended using the supplied IR receiver and emitter cables.

It is a way for a video source to discover the capabilities of the sink (display device) it is connected to. EDID information resides in the sink and is made available through the connection to a source device via HDMI, DP, DVI etc. When a sink is connected to a source it receives power for its EDID circuit from the source.

EDID - Extended Display Identification Data.
It is a way for a video source to discover the capabilities of the sink (display device) it is connected to. EDID information resides in the sink and is made available through the connection to a source device via HDMI, DP, DVI etc. When a sink is connected to a source it receives power for its EDID circuit from the source.

Overview The Lindy 70m Cat.6 4 Port HDMI & IR Splitter Extender is a simple to use plug and play solution that allows users to extend an HDMI signal up to 70m and then distribute that signal to four displays using low cost Cat.6 UUTP cable (not included)

For added convenience IR signals (20-60kHz) can also be extended using the supplied IR receiver and emitter cables.

Supporting resolutions up to 4K30, including 1080p 3D, the Splitter Extender is designed for use in AV and digital signage applications for a variety of settings such as home, education, business, retail and healthcare.

An integrated HDMI loop-through output on the transmitter unit enables simultaneous viewing so that a local display can be connected for monitoring, or to create an additional viewing zone

For larger installations, the HDMI loop-through port can also be used to cascade up to 3 transmitters allowing up to 12 displays to be connected to a single source.

The HDMI loop-through port also allows the Splitter Extender to clone the EDID of a connected display

Supporting a maximum resolution of 3840x2160@60Hz, video content can be seen with incredible 4K UHD clarity at distances up to 300m, perfect for use in commercial situations that require the source and display to be positioned far apart that may also include video wall setups or presentation equipment, as well as other applications in pro-AV and digital signage

Overview The 4K Over IP Extender system allows users to extend a 4K video source such as a PC o PVR through a standard Gigabit IP network letting the user control it from the remote side through the extended USB interfaces.

This transmitter unit can be connected to one or more receiver units (No. 38267 – not included) to create a standard point to point control system with a maximum distance of 100m (393ft).

This transmitter can also be connected to many receivers allowing a single device to be controlled from different consoles at the receiver end or creating a Video Wall installation via a dedicated Gigabit Ethernet (supporting 8kB Jumbo frames) switch on the same private network.

Besides the HDMI embedded audio signal, this unit also manages 2 additional audio channels (1 x Line out audio from the source side and 1 for microphone connected on the remote side) and a SPDIF optical port on the receiver unit to connect a digital audio amplifier or device.

The Lindy 100m Cat.6 HDMI 4K60, Audio, IR & RS-232 HDBaseT Extender is a complete end to end high performance, reliable solution for extending HDMI signals over long distances via Cat.6 network cable.

Supporting resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD, video can be viewed in stunning clarity, while additional support for HDR (High Dynamic Range) allows content to be displayed with enhanced brightness, greater contrasts of blacks and whites and a much wider colour gamut. This provides a reliable solution for creating eye-catching digital signage in retail, immersive displays at events or engaging setups in larger conference rooms or lectures halls.

ARC support over HDMI allows for audio content to be returned from the display to a connected amplifier or soundbar, while local audio extraction allows for the connection of audio outputs for immersive multi-channel audio. Digital audio embedding at the receiver side can also be used for source audio, which can easily be switching via the push button on the main unit.

PoC (Power over Cable) functionality provides additional flexibility. This allows power to be supplied alongside data through Cat.6 network cable in a point-to-point connection between the transmitter and receiver, meaning only a single power supply is required at the transmitter unit. Ideal when power outlets are limited at the receiver end of the installation.

Featuring bi-directional IR ports at both sides of the setup, the source equipment can be easily controlled from the display side, and the display can also be controlled from the HDMI source side. Combined with CEC control, which allows commands from one main remote, this extension system allows for complete and simple control for the user. Bi-directional RS-232 and Ethernet ports also allow for integration into larger control systems, or connection to network switches and hubs with LAN access.

In addition, the power supply is connected via a screw type DC jack, providing a more secure and reliable connection, perfect for professional installations where accidental disconnections could create a major issue.

Overview The Lindy Fibre Optic HDMI 4K30 Extender is a cost effective, high performance solution for sending HDMI signals over incredible distances

Using a standard off the shelf LC duplex multimode (50/125µm) fibre optic cable to make the long distance connection, the extender supports uncompressed HDMI signal transmission for resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD 60Hz (4:2:0), making it ideal for use in high end home cinema installations, large scale AV setups in sports bars and digital signage applications.

The extender system comprises two modules, a transmitter and a receiver, which are connected to both the source and display using HDMI cabling

The modules are then connected together using a standard off the shelf LC duplex multimode (50/125µm) fibre optic cable of up to 300m in length when using HDCP protected content or up to 450m when using non-protected content such as a PC desktop or HDMI camera.

Support for IR extension can be added by purchasing the IR Extender Kit, which allows the control of IR equipment connected to the Transmitter from the remote Receiver.
