Excel Cat6 Patch Panels

Excel 24 Port Patch Panel Cat6 - 1u RJ45 UTP  Unscreened Twisted Pair.

Each panel has a screen printed labelling field positioned above each port, included with the panel is a pre printed self adhesive labelling sheet - pre numbered 1- 96, for fast and easy labelling on site. Termination can be made using LSA compatible tooling, cable tie bridges are positioned between the IDC blocks to relieve cable stress.

Installation can be further enhanced by use of the rear cable management tray which is attached quickly and easily to the panel without the need for fixings (included).

Excel Category 6 patch panels are manufactured to provide Category 6 channel performance. A range of parameters are tested in frequency sweeps up to and including 250 MHz.
The panel is also backward compatible with Category 5 and 5e components. Accessories

Excel 24 Port Patch Panel Cat6 - 1u UTP Right Angled complies with the current standards for Category 6. Ease of installation is assured with built in rear cable management at a 90 degree angle to the panel fascia. Cage nuts and mini cable ties are included with each panel.

Performance Overview

Excel Category 6 Patch Panels are manufactured to and tested to the current Category 6 standards as defined by the TIA/EIA and ISO standards’ bodies. Swept frequency tests are applied to each critical performance characteristic, such as near end cross talk (NEXT) and far end cross talk (FEXT). Both Worst Case and Power Sum Test methods are applied. Actual performance exceeds the required standard by a considerable margin ensuring sufficient headroom for even the most demanding applications.
