AQARA Hub M2 EU is a multi-protocol gateway that guarantees the compatibility of AQARA devices with many smart home ecosystems and voice assistants such as Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit and Amazon Alexa, among others. It allows you to control infrared devices through local automations and voice.

Convenience, security and compatibility

The gateway supports ZigBee 3.0, Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 BLE and IR devices. With repeater devices (smart plug, wall switch) we will connect up to 128 AQARA ZigBee devices to the hub. AQARA Hub M2 EU is equipped with a 2x2 MIMO Wi-Fi antenna providing excellent connectivity for dozens of sensors and controllers. The device also supports RJ-45 Ethernet wired connection.

ZigBee 3.0 has also been combined with Bluetooth Low Energy and Wi-Fi b/g/n transceiver to support maximum connectivity in local automation. And we can power the Micro-USB port from a regular USB wall socket or smartphone charger.

The gateway supports the whole range of AQARA sensors which makes subscription unnecessary. Infrared controller allows you to exclusively control multiple devices such as TV or air conditioner.

Superb and modern camera Aqara G2H

Aqara G2H camera is a product for home and office use. It provides images in the highest resolution, the quality of the camera is 1080p, while the viewing angle is 140 degrees. This camera is characterized by a unique, interesting design, reminiscent of a minion character. It is small and visually elegant, so it fits perfectly into most interiors. It can be mounted to the desk with 3M tape or glued on. The camera can also be placed on the foot. It is powered by a MicroUSB cable with a capacity of at least 1A. Aqara G2H camera is an intelligent and intuitive device that provides a high level of security against intrusion. It also acts as a HUB gateway. The price of the camera, in comparison with its quality and features is simply phenomenal!

Multifunctionality

The Aqara G2H camera allows you to talk using the speaker and microphone, but it also has a number of other useful features such as camera preview visible in compatible applications like Eve, Home or Homecam. It is characterised by smooth operation. It allows you to store recorded videos in the Apple cloud for up to a week. The noteworthy advantages of the gateway also include motion capture and face recognition. With the camera, it is also possible to select a defined area to which the device should react. The camera ensures two-way communication. Aqara G2H is one of the best possible cameras for HomeKit. It works well with Apple HomeKit and also with Agara Home.

All-Round Compatibility: Apart from HomeKit, the G2H Pro also supports Amazon Alexa, and Google Home (including streaming to smart displays), and connects the compatible child devices to HomeKit, Alexa, Google Assistant, and more.

NAS** and larger capacity microSD support: Apart from the microSD card, which now has an increased maximum capacity of up to 512 GB, the G2H Pro also supports local NAS storage that uses the Samba protocol.

Custom Ringtones and Timelapse: Custom ringtones are finally here! Users’ favourite feature allows the G2H Pro to play uploaded recordings and use them in automation. Apart from that, the camera now supports timelapse clips generation, which allows summarizing the day in one short video.

Subscription-Free Alerts and Built-in Siren: The G2H Pro Camera Hub will notify you via smartphone and built-in siren and record a short clip in case an abnormal sound or motion is detected. A short clip will be sent to the cloud immediately (can be disabled in settings) while the full footage will be recorded locally.

Invisible IR Night LEDs: Thanks to 940 nm infrared night vision LEDs, the G2H Pro Camera Hub doesn’t have an annoying glow that could disturb your sleep during the night.

146° Wide-Angle Lens and 1080p Sensor: The G2H Pro now supports an even wider viewing angle (diagonal) due to the absent distortion correction, which gives the image, captured by a crisp 1080p sensor, a more “fish-eye” look.

360° Stand and Flexible Placement: The base has a built-in strong magnet, which can be attached to the surface of metal objects. The package includes an iron wall mount and screws, which support multiple installation methods.

Event Timeline and Notifications***: With the G2H Pro, when your Aqara sensors are triggered by an event such as opening the door, it will be marked on the video timeline, and you will be able to see video notifications.

Activity and Privacy Masking Zones: Apart from the configurable activity zones, that can be set within the Aqara Home app (iOS/Android) to reduce unnecessary alerts, the G2H Pro has a local privacy masking, that can prevent certain parts of the image to be recorded or sent to third-party servers such as Google or Amazon.

Face and Package Recognition*: Thanks to the HomeKit Secure Video, the G2H Pro also supports face and package recognition and notifications that are processed locally on your HomeKit hub such as HomePod.

RGB LED: Compared to the G2H, the G2H Pro now has a colourful indicator LED.
