This Lande range of IP55 Wall Mounting Cabinets are designed for use within industrial applications, warehouses and outdoor areas to provide protection against dust and water ingress, (rain, slush, snow). With the addition of a fan & filter integration, this area of the enclosure provides IP54 protection.

The SAFEBOX-B IP55 Outdoor Cabinets are designed for industrial applications. Based on EN 60529 provided IP55 protection class against dust and water ingress. With fan and filter integration, enclosure provides IP54 protection against dust and water. Enclosure provides protection against extraneous objects (things that might fall in, dust carried by wind) and water (rain, slush, snow, blush) which might damage the internal equipment.


Key Features: • Monoblock welded construction, with polyester type powder coating (RAL7035 Light Grey)

• Size - 12U, width 600mm and depth 450mm or 600mm

• 12U models contain 2 single point locking system. The lock systems accommodate a central cylinder lock which unlocks with a cylindrical key

• All models fitted with 1 set of 19" mounting rails

• As standard, the base of the cabinet is equipped with a filtered air inlet

• The base of the cabinet is equipped with 4x PG21 cable entry compatible blind plugs

• Top part is also filtered for passive ventilation and hot air exhaust. As required these filters can be replaced with a thermostat switched single fan

• All models have a roof canopy with gasket for dust and liquid protection

• Wall mounted brackets are included. Note that mounting screws are not, as this is subject to the site mounting area

• A single earth grounding cable between the main body and door is included

• Metal front door with IP55 sealing gasket

• Maximum load capacity is upto 300kg mounted on the wall, or 800kg on the ground

• Accessories include, rear mounting plates, fans plus options for pole mounting and plinths if siting on the ground

Key Features Simple Installation: Compatible with all standard 19-inch rack equipment and is designed to simplify equipment installation. It features front and rear pairs of vertical rails with square mounting holes. The rails are adjustable in quarter-inch increments to accommodate equipment depths from 3 to 32.5 inches.The rails feature square mounting holes and are capable of supporting up to 1,000 lbs. of equipment with included installation hardware. The top and bottom panels are also provided with ports for cable routing. Each rack space within the enclosure is numbered for easy reference.

Secure Equipment Access: Designed to provide a safe, secure installation solution for up to 1,000 lbs. of mission-critical rackmount equipment. It features a locking, reversible front/rear doors and locking, removable side panels. This prevents unauthorized access to installed equipment while making it easy for authorized personnel to perform inspections, maintenance and equipment replacement.

Convection Cooling: The top and bottom panels are furnished with vents designed to help remove warm air from the enclosure and draw in cool air by convection. The panels also support installation of standard user-supplied case fans (Tripp Lite SRFANWM).

Vented Top and Bottom Panels with Cable Cutouts: The top and bottom panels are furnished with vents designed to help remove warm air from the enclosure and draw in cool air by convection. They also support installation of standard user-supplied case fans.

Casters for Mobility: Comes with an accessory caster kit consisting of 4 casters and all required installation hardware. With the casters installed, the SR12UB can easily be maneuvered into the desired location, and then secured in place by adjusting the unit’s levelers. Note: the casters are intended for minor position adjustments within the final installation area only and are not designed for moving the enclosure over long distances.
