Yealink Expansion Modules

The advanced new Yealink EXP20 is an ideal IP phone system for receptionists, administrative assistants or call centre staff who need to monitor and manage a large volume of calls on a daily basis.

The EXP20 contains a large and user-friendly LCD 160 x 320 pixel display as well as 20 physical, dual-color LED keys. The additional screen space and added number of buttons simplifies user navigation and streamlines essential operational functions such as speed dial, BLF, BLA, call forwarding, transfer and hold. 

Up to six EXP20 expansion modules can be daisy chained together.

The Yealink EXP20 is the next iteration of the company's flexible and powerful SIP-T27G/P and SIP-T29G advanced IP phone models.

An All New Design
The EXP20's all-new design mirrors the look and feel of the T27G, T27P and T29G models. User-friendly features such as rubber feet covers in order to prevent sliding, as well as a flexible base that allows the phone to stand in multiple positions.

A Richer Visual Experience
The solution's expansive screen, combined with backlight and multi-page layout, simplifies navigability for the end user. These functions, combined with 38 programmable LED keys, provide a rich visual experience that will help professionals exceed in today's demanding workplace.

Expandability

Note: if you exceed two modules, and additional power supply of 5V / 1.2A will be required.

The EXP40 Expansion Module for the SIP-T46S, SIP-T46G, SIP-T48S and SIP-T48G, expands the functional capability of your SIP phone to a whole new level. 

It features a large graphic LCD, two pages of 20 flexible buttons are shown on the display which can be programmed for up to 40 various functions - these productivity-enhancing functions include BLF/BLA, speed dialing, call forward, transfer, park, pickup, etc.

The Yealink EXP50 Color-screen Expansion Module for Yealink T53 / T53W / T54W / T57W / T58A IP phones, is designed to expand the functional capability of your SIP phone to a whole new level. It features a large 4.3-inch color LCD screen, giving you a vivid visual experience.

In addition, it provides you with a simple user interface and advanced call handling capabilities. For example, three pages of 20 flexible buttons can be programmed with 60 various features. You can set these multifunctional line keys as BLF (busy lamp field), speed dial, call forward, transfer, call park, call pickup, etc. 

Up to 60 programmable buttons can be setup for speed dialing, BLF/BLA, call forward, call transfer etc. This will help you EXP50 effectively manage and monitor high volumes of concurrent calls, and boost personal productivity.

User-friendly Design
With a 4.3-inch color screen, the Yealink EXP50 expansion module is intended to bring a fresh visual experience and an easy operating experience to you. The new design for the stand enables you to simply adjust between two angles without any disassembly. To ensure a higher reliability of data transmission and a higher speed of data refresh, a USB cable is used to connect the EXP50 expansion module to Yealink T53 / T53W / T54W / T57W / T58A IP phones. Moreover, after connecting the EXP50 to the IP phone, the USB port on the back of the EXP50 can be used to connect to the phone - eg. call recording via USB drive etc.

Intuitive Visualization
A 4.3-inch 272px x 480px color screen greatly enriches your visual experience. Color icons for DSS keys, Wallpaper and Screensaver all allow you to customize the EXP50 to your own style. 3 independent control keys with illuminated LEDs are used for fast switching to the corresponding pages of programmable buttons.

High Expandability
The Yealink T53 / T53W / T54W / T57W / T58A IP phones can be equipped with up to three EXP50 expansion modules, yielding a maximum of 180 additional buttons.
