Molex PowerCat 5e Patch Panels are designed to provide a simple, orderly and efficient means for connecting horizontal cabling.
The product includes the PowerCat 5e DataGate Jack, which features a spring-loaded shutter that not only protects it from dust and contaminants, but also ejects improperly seated patch cords.
Port identification is provided on the front and back of the panel and individual ports can be color-coded with icon labels, supplied separately. Manufactured from cold-rolled steel for strength and durability and finished in either graphite gray or black.

Providing 48 ports in 1U, these patch panels offer an integral rear cable management tray specifically designed for neat and easy cable dressing. The front of the panel has a protected labeling facility for clear port labeling.
Suitable for high speed data transmission, this panel was designed to meet the highest performance standards in the industry, utilizing the PowerSum principle of measurement and testing.
Molex Connected Enterprise Solutions patented KATT IDC is dual color coded allowing for 568A and 568B wiring and is terminable using industry standard tooling. Fixing kit, cable ties and installation instructions are included.
