FAQs
Can I use OM3 in place of OM2? Yes. OM3 is backwards compatible and meets or exceeds OM2 performance at every standard data rate.
Are these suitable for 10Gb links? OM3 and OM4 are the practical choice for 10Gb and above. OM1 and OM2 will run at 10Gb but only over short distances.
What does LSZH mean? Low-smoke, zero-halogen. The jacket emits less toxic smoke in a fire, which is required for many indoor commercial installations.
Is a test report included? Yes. Every lead is 100% optically tested and supplied with an insertion loss report.
