Solid conductor 4 pair Cat5e U/UTP cable with PVC Grey outer sheath.

Each cable consists of 8 colour coded polyethylene insulated conductors. These are twisted together to form 4 pairs with varying lay lengths. These pairs, together with a strong nylon rip cord are jacketed in a heat resistant PVC material.

The printing detail on the sheath, includes the cables part number, specification details and a 305-0 reverse metre marking within each box supplied, allowing for quick and easy measurement of cable installed and the amount remaining within the box.

Cat6 Cable - Solid conductor 4 pair UTP cable with low smoke zero halogen outer sheath.
 
Each cable consists of 8 colour coded polyethylene insulated conductors. These are twisted together to form 4 pairs with varying lay lengths. These pairs, together with a strong nylon rip cord are jacketed in either Purple, Orange Grey or Blue low smoke zero halogen material, which complies with the requirements of IEC332-1. The printing detail on the sheath, includes the cables part number, specification details and a 305-0 reverse metre marking within each box supplied, allowing for quick and easy measurement of cable installed and the amount remaining within the box.

Category 6 specifications. Each cable consists of 8 colour coded 23AWG polyethylene insulated, solid bare copper, conductors. These are twisted together to form 4 pairs with varying lay lengths. These pairs are then formed around a central ‘X’ shaped polyethylene filler. This filler assists in maintaining and enhancing the cables performance. A clear Mylar tape is then wrapped around this unit and a foil tape screen with 24AWG drain wire applied. The foil screen provides protection from Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) which can occur when data is transmitted at high frequencies

The PowerCat 6A Shielded Cable is a key component of the PowerCat 6A end-to-end solution. Molex PowerCat 6A U/FTP Cable is specifically designed to support high speed data network applications such as 10-Gigabyte Ethernet (10GBASE-T). The cable is constructed of 4 screened pairs and a drain wire. This cable minimizes alien crosstalk, provides excellent signal isolation and provides superior electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection.

Molex recommends that the full range of PowerCat 6A Shielded products be used in a system to maximize cabling performance. This system is compliant with the latest ISO/IEC 11801 2nd Ed 2.2:2011 and ratified TIA 568-C.2 for the support of cat. 6A and 10GBASE-T.

Excel screened Cat6a cable S/FTP LSOH CPR Euroclass Dca with individual foil wrapped pairs and overall foil wrap and braided screening supplied on 500m Reel. Excel Cat 6A fully screened (S/FTP) Cable takes the performance capabilities of copper infrastructure to new levels. This delivers Class EA/ Augmented Category 6 link performance over distances of up 90 metres which supports the applications including 10GBASE-T, 10 Gigabit Ethernet.

Each cable consists of four pairs which are individually wrapped with a high quality, strong, aluminium/polyester foil tape providing screening for each pair. The individual pairs are set to different lay lengths to ensure optimum performance. These are then wrapped in another, overall foil and an overall braid screening.
