Manufactured from high quality ABS plastic, the larger rings have the capacity to manage over 100 patch leads
They come complete with cage nuts and screws to mount them to the side of the 19" profiles of the Excel Environ cabinets or the Patch Rack.

The Excel Cat5E RJ45 In-Line Connector White (23-0035) is designed for extending existing cabling installations. It offers a straight-through RJ45 to RJ45 connection while maintaining Cat5e performance. This connector is ideal for ensuring reliable and efficient network connectivity, making it suitable for various networking applications
Excel Category 6 U/UTP Mini patch leads are manufactured and tested to ISO 11801, EN 50173 & TIA/EIA 568-C-2 requirements for patch cord assemblies and provide optimum performance levels for structured cabling installations.
Each cable has a low smoke zero halogen outer sheath as standard and the small 3.8mm outside diameter makes them ideal for data centre and high density environments where there are high density patching fields and blade server/switch chassis deployments, allowing for maximum use of valuable rack space.

Excel Screened RJ45 Cat5e Shuttered Module
Excel Category 5e RJ45 Screened modules comply with the EIA TIA Standard for enhanced Category 5. Each shuttered module is supplied with a slide label field and space above, this is allowed for use of self adhesive or further labelling if required. Termination can be made using Krone tooling, a cable tie base is positioned to the side of the IDC blocks to relieve cable stress.

Performance Overview
The Excel Category 6A keystone jack is designed and manufactured to comply with the channel requirements of Augmented Category 6/Class EA specifications as defined in ISO 11801 2nd edition amend 1.1, and ANSI/TIA-568-C.2-2009 standards. A range of performance characteristics are tested upto 500Mhz including return loss, attenuation, and near end cross talk (NEXT) and far end cross talk (FEXT). Both worst case and power sum test methods are applied. The product design incorporates staggered 50 micron plated contact pins within the jack to ensure optimum performance levels are achieved, the metallised cap around the terminated pairs ensures Alien Crosstalk is minimised. Support of emerging applications such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet is guaranteed over channel distances of upto 100 metres. The keystone jack is fully interoperable and backward compatible with Category 5e and Category 6 products.

The Excel 1 & 2 Port Keystone Wall Mount box offers a compact discrete jacking presentation. The box accepts standard and low profile toolless jacks, as well as the IDC keystone jacks (plastic support removed to fit standard size toolless jacks).
The base is fixed in position using appropriate screws (not included) and the lid snaps into place to finish the installation. The lid has various cut out sections to facilitate cable entry from various directions.

100-181 Excel Cat6a FTP Screened Low Profile Keystone Jack Toolless Silver, available as part of our range of excel cat6a keystone jacks for RJ45 network connections. This Low Profile Cat6a Keystone Jack is a reduced size toolless termination RJ45 socket which allows for multiple cable entry directions when this jack is mounted in a standard depth back box. This supports options including flush shutters at the outlet and angled shutters often used with keystone jacks.
A choice of compatible Patch Panel frames with either 16 or 24 port density in both black and chrome are available for this Low Profile Jack. The socket itself is housed in a high quality zinc die cast housing, which opens at the rear in a butterfly manner to reveal the IDC termination points. Once the pairs are arranged in the cable management cap and trimmed it is a simple case of closing the 'butterfly' together to complete the termination.

Excel Category 6A – Augmented Category 6 – cables, and associated connectors, take the performance capabilities of copper infrastructure to new levels. The cable has been designed to exceed the ISO/IEC, TIA and CENELEC for Category 6A/Augmented Category 6 component requirements. This delivers Class EA/Augmented Category 6 link performance over distances of up 90 metres which supports the applications including 10GBASE-T, 10 Gigabit Ethernet.
Each Excel Category 6A patch lead consists of 4 twisted pairs of 26AWG stranded copper wires, with a blade booted RJ-45 plug fitted to each end. The slimline blade boot make the patch leads suitable with high density switches and equipment.

The Excel Plus surface mount boxes are manufactured and tested to the Category 6 performance standards defined by the TIA/EIA, ISO and EN standards bodies. A range of performance characteristics are tested up to 250MHz including return loss, attenuation and near and far end crosstalk (NEXT and FEXT) for which both worst case and power sum tests are completed. Actual performance far exceeds the required standard – when tested in isolation and in circuit – resulting in significant headroom for even the most demanding of applications. As well as providing link and channel compliance – when installed with Excel category 6 components – with the aforementioned specification – the box is also backward compatible with Category 5 and 5e components.

Designed to the current ISO and EIA/TIA standards for Class Ea augmented Category 6A performance these products are intended to deliver reliable, high network performance including support of emerging applications such as 10GBase-T, 10 Gigabit Ethernet.
Each Excel Category 6A patch lead consists of 4 twisted pairs of 26AWG stranded copper wires, an aluminium/polyester foil tape provides an individual screen for each pair. These pairs are then cabled together, with different lay lengths to ensure optimum performance. Staggered pin RJ45 Screened plugs, terminate the cable, and each lead is fitted with colour coded slimline moulded boots, suitable for use in high density router or switch blades.
