Blustream IP250UHD-TX UHD Video Transmitter

The Blustream IP250UHD-TX is a UHD video transmitter built to deliver high-quality HDMI and Dante audio signals over a 1Gb managed network. Compatible with the current IP200 platform, the IP250UHD-TX is an industry leading 4K HDCP 2.2 HDMI transmitter that, using visually lossless compression technology, delivers 10Gb HDMI, bi-directional IR, RS-232 & USB/KVM up to lengths of 100m over standard network architecture, or greater distances using the in-built fibre SFP port. The unit can be powered via PoE from the network switch, or locally should the switch not support PoE. With multiple configuration options available, the Multicast solution is ideal for both commercial and residential installations.

Distribution Modes

The IP250UHD-TX can operate in matrix distribution or video wall configurations when connected to a 1Gb network switch. It also functions in one-to-one or one-to-many HDMI extender setups without a switch, making it adaptable for both small and large AV systems.

Audio and Control Management

Integrated Dante audio, analogue inputs/outputs, and HDMI loop-out allow flexible audio routing. IR, RS-232, and USB/KVM support provide full control of connected devices across the network while maintaining consistent video and audio performance.

Power and Connectivity

The transmitter can be powered via PoE from a compatible network switch or with an optional 24V local power supply. Dual Ethernet ports and an SFP fibre interface provide versatile connectivity for both short and long-distance installations.
