The ACM500 Control Module is the central management interface for Blustream’s UHD SDVoE Multicast distribution platform, enabling the delivery of uncompressed 4K audio and video with zero latency over 10GbE copper or optical fibre networks. The ACM500 enables advanced third-party control of Blustream SDVoE 10GbE Multicast systems using TCP/IP, RS-232, and IR. Its integrated web-based interface provides centralized access to configuration and operational controls, reducing complexity when managing large-scale AV deployments.
A built-in web interface allows real-time system monitoring and configuration through an intuitive drag and drop workflow. Live video previews offer immediate visual confirmation of routing decisions, helping operators manage sources and displays with confidence.
The platform supports advanced signal management by allowing independent routing of video, audio, IR, RS-232, and USB/KVM signals. This flexibility enables precise system design, ensuring control and data paths operate exactly as required for each application.
Two RJ45 LAN connections allow bridging between an existing control network and the dedicated Multicast video distribution network. This separation improves overall performance, removes the need for advanced network configuration, and assigns independent IP addresses to each LAN interface.
Pre-built Blustream drivers simplify installation and configuration, removing the need for in-depth knowledge of complex network infrastructures. Dual RS-232 ports support direct system control or pass-through to remote third-party devices, enhancing integration flexibility.
The ACM500 supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) for streamlined installation when used with a compatible network switch, with an optional local 12V power input available when PoE is not supported. Integrated 5V/12V IR ports further expand control options for connected Multicast systems.
