Blustream IP250UHD-RX UHD Video Receiver

The Blustream IP250UHD-RX is a UHD video receiver designed to deliver high-quality HDMI and Dante audio signals over a 1Gb managed network. Compatible with the current IP200 platform, the IP250UHD-RX is an industry leading 4K HDCP 2.2 HDMI video scaling receiver that, using visually lossless compression technology, delivers 10Gb HDMI, Bi-directional IR, RS-232 & USB/KVM up to lengths of 100m over standard network architecture, or greater distances using the in-built Fibre SFP port. The unit can be powered via PoE from the network switch or locally should the switch not support PoE. With multiple configuration options available, the Multicast solution is ideal for both commercial and residential installations.

Distribution Modes

The IP250UHD-RX can operate in matrix distribution and video wall configurations when connected to a 1Gb network switch. It also functions in one-to-one or one-to-many HDMI extender setups without requiring a switch, providing flexible deployment for both small and large AV networks.

Audio and Control Management

Integrated Dante audio management, optical input, and analogue outputs allow precise routing and embedding of audio. IR, RS-232, and USB/KVM support ensure full control of connected devices across the network while maintaining consistent video and audio performance.

Power and Connectivity

The receiver can be powered via PoE from a compatible network switch or with an optional 24V local power supply. Dual Ethernet ports and an SFP fibre interface provide multiple connectivity options for both short and long-distance installations.
