The HEX70CS-KIT is a high-performance HDBaseT™ extender solution designed for professional AV installations requiring reliable long-distance 4K signal distribution. Leveraging advanced Colour Space Conversion (CSC) technology, this extender set delivers full HDMI 2.0 18Gbps performance while enabling intelligent video down-conversion for seamless compatibility across mixed-resolution display environments.
Built with Colour Space Conversion technology, the HEX70CS-KIT supports full HDMI 2.0 bandwidth, including HDR and 18Gbps video signals. The receiver can intelligently down-convert video output to 4K 60Hz 4:2:0 or 1080p, allowing compatibility with displays that do not support full 4K 4:4:4, while maintaining native resolution on the transmitter HDMI loop-out.
The extender set delivers dependable signal transmission over a single CAT cable, supporting 4K UHD video up to 40m and 1080p video up to 70m. This makes it well suited for commercial, educational, and residential AV installations where long cable runs are required without compromising signal integrity.
The HEX70CS-TX includes an HDMI loop-out for local monitoring or cascading to additional devices. On the receiver side, HDMI audio can be broken out simultaneously to analogue left/right stereo and digital coaxial outputs, enabling straightforward integration with a wide range of audio systems.
Supporting bi-directional IR and RS-232 pass-through, the HEX70CS-KIT allows full device control across the HDBaseT™ link. HDMI re-clocking on the receiver improves compatibility and helps resolve HDCP and handshaking issues, while advanced EDID management ensures stable communication between connected sources and displays.
