The Grandstream UCMRC-CLOUDIM add-on extends compatible UCM RemoteConnect deployments with Cloud IM services, allowing multiple UCM6300 systems to be synchronised for unified calls, meetings, contacts, schedules, chat and other collaboration functions.

Available for Pro and Business UCM RemoteConnect plans, Cloud IM helps organisations bring communications from multiple UCM6300 systems together, supporting more joined-up collaboration between users and locations through the wider RemoteConnect and Wave ecosystem.
