The DA22OPT is a dual-function optical interface that converts 2-channel optical S/PDIF audio to Dante® digital streams and vice versa. With plug & play operation and flexible routing options, it integrates seamlessly into professional networked audio setups.
The DA22OPT can both encode and decode 2-channel optical S/PDIF audio, providing maximum flexibility for integrating legacy digital audio sources into modern Dante® networks.
Audio routing from optical input to output can be configured in Dante Controller, allowing seamless mapping of channels for any networked audio application.
Supports sample rates up to 96kHz with 16, 24, or 32-bit depth, ensuring pristine audio fidelity for both encoding and decoding processes.
Input sensitivity can be adjusted from +6dB to -24dB, while output gain is also configurable, giving precise control over signal levels in any setup.
Dante® device latency can be set from 2ms to 10ms using Dante Controller, enabling tight synchronization across multiple devices in a networked system.
Fully compliant with AES67, allowing interoperability with other AES67-enabled devices and ensuring smooth networked audio integration.
The DA22OPT can be powered via PoE from any compatible network switch or through a local 12V supply, providing deployment flexibility in a variety of installations.
