The DA11USB is a compact USB audio interface designed to bridge USB audio devices with Dante® audio networks. It reliably encodes two channels of USB audio into a Dante® digital stream while simultaneously decoding a mono Dante® signal back to USB, making it well-suited for modern networked audio workflows.
The DA11USB captures two channels of USB audio and converts them into a Dante® network stream, enabling seamless integration of computers and USB-based audio sources into Dante® environments.
In addition to encoding, the device decodes a mono Dante® digital signal back into USB audio, allowing network audio sources to be routed directly to connected USB hosts.
A built-in selector switch allows users to choose between USB Type-B and USB-C connections, providing compatibility with a wide range of modern and legacy devices without adapters.
Compliant with USB Audio Device Class Specification V1.0, the DA11USB operates as a plug & play device, requiring no additional drivers for standard operation on supported systems.
The interface supports 44.1kHz and 48kHz sample rates at 16-bit depth, ensuring consistent audio performance for common professional and commercial audio applications.
Dante® device latency can be configured to 1ms, 2ms, or 5ms using Dante® Controller, allowing optimization for system size, network conditions, and real-time audio requirements.
Support for AES67 RTP audio transport enables interoperability with other AES67-compliant networked audio devices, expanding system integration options.
The DA11USB supports Class 3 IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet, allowing it to be powered directly from compatible network switches. When PoE is unavailable, the unit can alternatively draw power from a 5V USB connection.
