The CE TL-SM321B TP-Link Compatible SFP Transceiver provides 1000Base-BX WDM connectivity over a single strand of 9/125µm single-mode fibre. It uses a 1310nm transmit wavelength and 1550nm receive wavelength to support data transmission over distances of up to 20km at 1.25Gbps. The LC simplex interface and SFP form factor allow installation in compatible networking equipment, while DDM provides monitoring of key transceiver parameters.
The transceiver uses bidirectional WDM technology, allowing different wavelengths to travel in each direction over a single strand of fibre. This reduces the fibre requirement for compatible point-to-point network connections.
With a 1310nm transmit wavelength and 1550nm receive wavelength, the module supports transmission distances of up to 20km over 9/125µm single-mode fibre. Its LC simplex port provides the single-fibre connection required for bidirectional WDM operation.
