The NETGEAR GS308PP FlexPoE 8-Port Unmanaged Desktop Gigabit PoE+ Switch provides easy and affordable network connectivity to small offices and home offices. It is easy to use, reliable, and rugged with a metal enclosure. Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) support is available for supplying both power and data across a single CAT5 Ethernet cable to devices such as IP security cameras, VoIP phones, wireless access points, and more. With this Plug and Play switch, you can quickly and easily expand your network connections to multiple devices, with no configuration required.

FlexPoE
Includes NETGEAR FlexPoE, making the PoE budget expandable to 123W (requires EPS130W power adapter - sold separately, see accessories tab).

NETGEAR’s unique PoE technology automatically balances the PoE power at the most granular level on each port, depending on the device needs.
