The Zyxel FWA70-EU0202F is an outdoor 5G NR and 4G LTE router that provides high-speed mobile broadband for locations where fixed-line connectivity is unavailable, unreliable or requires a backup connection. Supporting 5G standalone and non-standalone modes with download speeds of up to 7.01 Gbps, it combines 4x4 MIMO with four integrated directional antennas for strong signal reception. The router supports 5G NR Sub-6 GHz connectivity in both standalone and non-standalone modes. 5G SA can provide theoretical download speeds of up to 7.01 Gbps and upload speeds of up to 2.5 Gbps, while 5G NSA supports download speeds up to 5.67 Gbps. 4G LTE support provides continued connectivity where 5G coverage is unavailable.
Four integrated directional 5G and 4G antennas support 4x4 MIMO and provide peak antenna gain of up to 9 dBi depending on the frequency band. The directional antenna configuration is suited to outdoor installations where positioning the router towards the strongest available mobile signal can help maximise connectivity.
The IP55-rated enclosure provides protection for outdoor installations, while the router operates across temperatures from -30°C to 55°C.
