The Teltonika OTD500 is an outdoor 5G router that combines 5G Sub-6 GHz connectivity with 4G LTE Cat 19 and 3G fallback. Its two Gigabit Ethernet ports support PoE-in and PoE-out, while dual physical SIM slots and an eSIM provide flexible options for maintaining cellular connectivity. The OTD500 supports 5G Sub-6 GHz standalone and non-standalone networks, with 4G LTE Cat 19 and 3G available as additional cellular options. Its 5G modem supports download speeds of up to 2.4 Gbps, while LTE Cat 19 can provide download speeds of up to 1.6 Gbps.
Two physical SIM slots provide cellular connection flexibility, with automatic switching available for conditions including weak signal, data limits, roaming, network availability and failed data connections. The integrated eSIM supports SGP.22 and allows multiple eSIM profiles to be managed on the device.
Two Gigabit Ethernet ports provide wired networking at speeds up to 1000 Mbps, with the ports configurable for WAN connectivity. PoE-in allows the router to receive power through Ethernet, while PoE-out can provide power to compatible downstream equipment.
