The NETGEAR GS308PP (GS308PP-100EUS) 8-Port Unmanaged Desktop Gigabit PoE+ Switch provides easy and affordable network connectivity to small offices and home offices. It is easy to use, reliable, and rugged with a metal enclosure.

Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) support is available for supplying both power and data across a single CAT5 Ethernet cable to devices such as IP security cameras, VoIP phones, wireless access points, and more. With this Plug and Play switch, you can quickly and easily expand your network connections to multiple devices, with no configuration required.

Ethernet Port Configuration: 8 Gigabit ports
PoE Power Auto-Balance and Allocation: NETGEAR's unique PoE technology automatically balances the PoE power at the most granular level on each port, depending on the device needs.
Silent Operation: The fanless design means zero added noise wherever its located, making it ideal for noise-sensitive environments
Energy Efficient: Designed to optimize power usage lowering its cost to operate. Most models are compliant with IEEE802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet mode.
Power-Over-Ethernet: 8 PoE+ ports with 83W total power budget, and includes NETGEAR FlexPoE making it expandable to 123W (w/separately purchased power supply module)
