Grandstream GBX20 20-Button Expansion Module with 4.3-Inch Colour LCD

The Grandstream GBX20 adds programmable call-control keys to compatible Grandstream IP phones. It is an accessory rather than a standalone phone and works with the GRP2615, GRP2624, GRP2650, GRP2670, GXV3350 and GXV3450.

Its 20 programmable keys have dual-colour LEDs, while two selectable pages provide access to up to 40 contacts or extensions per module. The 4.3-inch 480 x 272 TFT colour display shows names, line status and assigned functions. Up to four GBX20 modules can be daisy-chained, providing as many as 160 programmable entries.

Supported Functions:

• Busy Lamp Field (BLF), bridged line appearance (BLA) and shared call appearance (SCA)
• Call park and pickup
• Speed dial and presence
• Intercom and conferencing
• Call transfer and forwarding

These functions make the GBX20 particularly useful for receptionists, switchboard operators, executive assistants, customer-service teams and other users handling high call volumes.
