The CE QSFP-40G-LR4-S Cisco Compatible QSFP+ Transceiver provides 40GbE connectivity over G.652 single-mode fibre using the 40GBASE-LR4 standard. It supports link distances of up to 10km through a duplex LC interface and uses four wavelength-multiplexed optical lanes at 1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm and 1331nm.
The transceiver supports 40GBASE-LR4 Ethernet connections over G.652 single-mode fibre for distances of up to 10km, using duplex LC connectors.
The module uses a QSFP+ form factor with a duplex LC optical interface and a 2-wire I2C communication interface compliant with the QSFP MSA and SFF-8436 specifications. It is hot-swappable for compatible Cisco 40 Gigabit Ethernet ports.
