The Ubiquiti US-XG-6POE is a powerful 10-Gigabit managed switch designed to deliver exceptional speed, flexibility, and power. In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your Ubiquiti product within the 1 year of manufacturer warranty, please contact your account manager in the first instance. Our technical team will do everything they can to find a resolution to your problem. If a fix cannot be provided, then an RMA will need to be registered via the Ubiquiti Reseller Portal.
On all purchases made through Comms Express, we offer our customers options to upgrade the standard manufacturer warranty to a 3 or 5 year advanced hardware replacement.
