The SilverNet SIL FDD 802G-30-PCP is a high-speed, full-duplex wireless bridge operating at 80 GHz. Designed for outdoor deployment, it delivers gigabit-level throughput over distances up to 2 km. Its advanced modulation schemes and adaptive coding maintain consistent performance even in challenging conditions.
Each SIL FDD 802G-30-PCP package includes two microwave outdoor units, two 30 cm antennas, PoE injectors, mounting brackets, cable glands, management cables, and grounding kits. Optional shielded Ethernet cables are available in multiple lengths for flexible deployment.
Operating in the 71-76 GHz and 81-86 GHz bands, the bridge supports full-duplex communication with a maximum transfer rate of 2 Gbps. Ethernet interfaces support 10/100/1000 Mbit/s with auto MDI/MDI-X. Modulation options include 16-QAM, 32-QAM, 64-QAM, 128-QAM, and 256-QAM. Network standards include IEEE 1588v2, 802.1ad, 802.1ag, 802.1p, 802.3ad, and 802.3x.
The SIL FDD 802G-30-PCP bridge is ideal for linking remote sites, extending network infrastructure, or creating high-capacity connections in urban or industrial environments. Its compact design and flexible deployment options make it suitable for a variety of outdoor wireless networking needs.
The 73.375 - 75.875 GHz and 83.375 - 85.875 GHz band is available in the UK under a light licensed process for point-to-point fixed wireless applications.
The fee for the licence is currently £50, which includes the charge for registration of the first link for the first year of the licence. Any further links registered by the licensee will be charged at £50 per link per year.
