The Lindy 38527 Armored Fibre Optic Hybrid HDMI cable is the professional's choice for long distance HDMI connections. Engineered for the demands of professional AV. The construction of this extreme rugged HDMI® hybrid cable has under the cable sheath aramid fibres and an additional armoured jacket, maintaining a good flexibility and high EMI & RFI resistance. The hybrid fiber optic design maintains signal integrity, while the armored construction stands up to the rigors of live events and trade shows.
The maximum pulling force supported is up to 100N with a crush resistance up to 2000N, whilst with 6mm of diameter, the cable is very thin although the aramid fibres and the steel jacket under the TPE sheath.
The internal technology provides uncompressed amplification of the HDMI® signal, allowing long distance extension of HDMI® 8K content that is simply not possible with passive cables.
The connectors are also extremely rugged with gold plated pins, they are enclosed from special protective sleeves, secured against transport damage.
With 48Gbps bandwidth, these cables support HDMI® 2.1 resolutions up to 3840x2160@120Hz, and 7680x4320 / 10240x4320@60Hz. Content can be viewed with incredible detail and clarity at higher refresh rates for optimum viewing of movies, graphics or imagery.
As well as static HDR, HDMI® hybrid cables also brings further support for dynamic HDR formats such as Dolby Vision and HDR10+. This provides every moment of content, whether scene by scene or even frame by frame, with a much wider colour gamut based on the BT.2020 colour space, higher peak brightness and deep blacks for optimum contrasts as well as greater depth of colour.
