The Grandstream GHP621 is a compact black hotel IP phone designed for guest rooms and other locations where simple, reliable calling matters. It supports two SIP accounts and two lines, with HD handset audio, 10 configurable speed-dial keys and six programmable keys. Its practical design also suits hospitals, care settings, apartments, student accommodation and customer-service areas.
A single 10/100Mbps Ethernet port provides both network connectivity and PoE power through a single cable. The GHP621 can be placed on a desk or wall-mounted, while its swappable faceplate makes it easy to add hotel branding or useful guest information. The dark panel on the front is a customisable faceplate rather than an LCD display.
A USB Type-C port can supply up to 500mA for charging a compatible external device. Three-way audio conferencing, full-band Opus and advanced jitter resilience help maintain clear conversations across busy or imperfect networks. Hearing aid compatibility, an antimicrobial casing and enterprise security make the phone well suited to shared environments, while GDMS support allows multiple units to be provisioned, managed and monitored centrally.
