The Grandstream GHP611W is a compact black hotel IP phone designed for guest rooms and other locations where simple, reliable calling matters. It supports two SIP accounts and two lines, with HD handset audio, 10 configurable speed-dial keys and three programmable keys. Its space-saving design also suits hospitals, care settings, apartments, student accommodation and customer-service areas.
Built-in dual-band Wi-Fi provides flexible wireless connectivity across the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, with Wi-Fi 6 support on hardware version 5.0 and above. The phone also includes a 10/100Mbps Ethernet port with PoE, allowing it to use a wired network connection and receive power through one cable. It can be placed on a desk or wall-mounted, while its swappable faceplate and speed-dial label make it easy to customise frequently used contacts and guest services.
Three-way audio conferencing, full-band Opus and advanced jitter resilience help maintain clear conversations across busy or imperfect networks. Hearing aid compatibility, an antimicrobial casing and enterprise security make the phone well suited to shared environments, while GDMS support allows multiple units to be provisioned, managed and monitored centrally.
