Software and firmware upgrades
Your product will never be out of date. The latest improvements in the software of your covered product are provided to you at no charge. Customer’s software version must be current to qualify.
Unlimited 24x7 technical support
Call anytime, from anywhere in the world, at our expense, for priority response from our team of Fluke Networks’ trained product experts. Language support is available. Technical assistance is also available via priority email and our website.
Annual standard calibration or performance verification to keep your Fluke Networks instrument running at peak performance, we’ll calibrate it and provide a certificate – or provide you with performance verification – once a year at no charge.
Repairs and loaner equipment
If your Fluke Networks instrument fails, we’ll deliver a loaner unit at “next day” priority. We’ll either repair your unit at no charge, with “first on bench” priority or exchange your unit with one of equal or greater value – all shipping paid (at Fluke Networks’ discretion)... Keep in mind, out-of-warranty units will either undergo a fee based inspection prior to receiving Gold Support or the user must wait 30 days before taking advantage of any service or repair benefit.

As a Gold Support Member, you are entitled to a 20% discount off the price of any scheduled instructor-led training classes ( does not include onsite custom training).
