Wow! So the big question we are asking ourselves here at Comms Express as we stood in 2015, where did 2014 go?
Not sure about you guys but for us here at Comms Express, 2014 has just whizzed by.
Obviously, as a team we have all had to deal with personal issues during the past year as you, dear readers have to no doubt. However, looking back over the year from a purely business perspective, it has been a corker. There have been so many highlights.
Our relationship with our valued client base is something we truly value. And 2014 proved again what a great bunch you all are. Our customer support and sales teams always enjoy interacting with our customers. And the feedback we receive always puts a spring in our step. I know personally how much effort our team put in and just how thirsty they are to improve and their level of commitment.
We love reading and responding to our Trust Pilot reviews. We offer up a £100 gift voucher to a recipient picked at random each month, and it’s a sense of pride for me to read your lovely reviews.
Social media has been another huge bonus this year. 2014 has seen our social profile reach a staggering figure of nearly 20,000 across Facebook, Twitter and Google, and we have plans to venture into more forms of social media in the New Year. For those of you who haven’t joined us via social media, we hope that 2015 will be the year you join our community.
Our weekly Friday Fun Post (held you’ve guessed it on a Friday!) on Facebook regularly sees over 1000 of our community centre, all looking to win a £50 Amazon voucher.
2014 also saw us hold some great competitions. Alongside the relationship we hold so dearly with our client base is also the valued relationships we have with our suppliers. Working with them during the year along, we have seen a host of great products up for grabs. They have included DYMO Labellers, APC, Cisco and DataCel with Love 2 Shop vouchers, Netgear and the Nighthawk Routers, TP-Link and their Emergency TP-Link Charger, D-Link Wireless AC-1750 Router and D-Link Cloud PTZ Camera.
Our Data Point Scheme has once again proved a huge success, with so many of our clients enjoying earning some beautiful gifts.
