The Zyxel GS1100-16ES-GB0101F is a 16-port Gigabit unmanaged slimline switch that provides fast, straightforward wired connectivity for offices, workgroups and other network installations. Its 16 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 ports deliver up to 32 Gbps of switching capacity, while the integrated DIP selector gives quick access to useful network functions without requiring complex configuration.
The 16 RJ-45 ports support 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet, providing Gigabit connectivity for computers, servers, access points, printers, network storage and other wired devices. A 32 Gbps switching capacity and 23.8 Mpps forwarding rate allow traffic to move efficiently between connected equipment.
The integrated DIP selector provides quick control over useful switch functions. Users can activate loop prevention, IEEE 802.3az energy-saving operation and port LED settings directly from the switch, providing simple access without requiring software-based configuration.
Fanless construction provides silent 0 dBA operation, making the switch suitable for noise-sensitive areas. IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet support can reduce power consumption during periods of lower network activity.
A 16K MAC address table, 1MB packet buffer and 12KB jumbo frame support provide capacity for a range of network environments. The switch also incorporates Ethernet surge protection and ESD protection for additional protection of the connected network infrastructure.
