The Zyxel GS-108BV5-GB0101F is an 8-port unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switch that provides straightforward plug-and-play connectivity for PCs, laptops, IP phones, network storage and other Ethernet-enabled devices. With eight 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 ports and a 16 Gbps switching capacity, it provides a simple way to expand a wired network while supporting smooth data transfer between connected devices.
Eight Gigabit Ethernet ports provide connectivity for multiple wired devices, with support for 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps and 1000 Mbps Ethernet connections. The unmanaged configuration allows devices to be connected without requiring software setup or network configuration.
Port-based Quality of Service provides traffic prioritisation for selected connections. Ports 5 and 6 provide medium-priority QoS, while ports 7 and 8 provide high-priority QoS, making the switch suitable for networks where voice, video or other time-sensitive traffic needs preferential handling.
