The V7 HQ511 is a wired on-ear stereo headset for call centres, offices, IT support desks and other telephone-based environments. Its Quick Disconnect connection allows the user to step away from the desk without removing the headset, with compatible telephone connections available through an additional bottom lead. The binaural headset uses 30 mm drivers for stereo audio and a unidirectional noise-cancelling boom microphone with a 55 dB signal-to-noise ratio for voice communication.
The Quick Disconnect connection allows the headset to be separated from the telephone connection without removing the headset. During a call, disconnecting the headset can place the caller on hold until the user reconnects and resumes the conversation, making it practical for busy call centre and support desk environments.
The binaural on-ear configuration uses 30 mm drivers and a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range to provide stereo audio for telephone conversations and compatible voice communication applications. The padded headband and leatherette ear cushions provide added comfort during extended periods of use.
The unidirectional boom microphone uses noise-cancelling technology and provides a 55 dB signal-to-noise ratio to help reduce unwanted background noise during calls. Its 270° rotation allows the microphone to be positioned for use on either side of the headset.
The wired connection and Quick Disconnect interface make the headset suitable for customer service, technical support, IT help desk and office telephone environments. Its adjustable headband, lightweight 106.3 g construction and 1.8 m cable provide flexibility for regular daily use.
