The V7 DOCKTB4PT Thunderbolt 4 docking station provides a comprehensive range of connectivity for compatible Thunderbolt 4 computers and USB-C devices. It supports up to three external displays, including a single 8K display at 30 Hz or up to three 4K displays at different refresh rates. With dual HDMI outputs, dual DisplayPort outputs, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, USB connections, up to 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, SD and microSD card readers, audio connectivity and up to 96 W Power Delivery, the dock brings a broad selection of workstation connections together through one host connection.
The docking station supports up to three external displays for expanded desktop workspaces. A single HDMI or DisplayPort display can reach up to 8K at 30 Hz, while multi-display configurations can support up to three 4K screens with combinations of 4K at 60 Hz and 4K at 30 Hz.
Two downstream Thunderbolt 4 ports provide data transfer rates of up to 40 Gbps and support compatibility with Thunderbolt 3, USB4, DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB devices. Each Thunderbolt 4 port can also provide up to 15 W of power to a connected device.
The USB-C connection provides up to 96 W of Power Delivery to a compatible host computer when the docking station is connected to its included 150 W power adapter. This allows a single connection to support charging alongside displays, networking, storage and other peripherals.
Up to 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet provides a fast wired network connection, while the USB ports support compatible peripherals and storage devices. The dock also includes SD and microSD card readers for transferring files from compatible memory cards.
