Reskube Enterprise Management Service
This provides a Technical Account Manager (TAM) as your main point of contact. The service also provides access to the Remote Management System (RMS) to give you visibility, control and reporting of your Reskube estate.
The TAM will work with you to onboard your Reskubes by configuring and deploying the devices and train you in using the RMS. The expert Reskube team deliver end-user support and ensure that any device issues are immediately and smoothly dealt with through the included Extended Support.
