The Anti-Crush Bumper Sensor is a safety-focused accessory designed for Hi-Lo® Mono, Duo, and Screen Lift mount ranges. It detects light pressure contact during screen movement and immediately interrupts operation to prevent impact with obstacles, furniture, or users beneath the display.
The sensor continuously monitors pressure along its length and responds instantly when light force is applied. Once triggered, it stops downward motion, reverses the screen by 30mm, and cuts power to prevent further movement until the obstruction is checked.
The unit is designed for underside screen mounting using pre-applied VHB adhesive tape. This allows secure bonding without complex installation tools. The slim profile ensures it remains hidden while maintaining full functionality.
This sensor is engineered for use with Loxit Hi-Lo® electric screen mounting systems, including Mono, Duo, and Screen Lift ranges. It is sized to suit standard 65 Inch display widths at 1.450m length.
