The Compulocks MCRSTDW209APXW iPad Apex Enclosure Medical Rolling Cart - White combines a lockable aluminium tablet enclosure with a height-adjustable rolling base for mobile iPad use. The cart supports the 10th generation 10.9-inch iPad and 11th generation iPad with A16 chip, while providing access to the front and rear cameras and sensors. Its adjustable pole, tilt and pan movement, locking caster wheels and integrated cable routing make it suitable for healthcare, retail, education, reception areas and other settings where an iPad needs to move between users and workstations.
The Apex enclosure provides a dedicated mounting position for compatible iPad models while keeping the device accessible for everyday interaction. Keyed access allows authorised users to remove or service the tablet, while openings preserve access to the cameras and sensors.
The rolling cart can be adjusted between approximately 107 cm and 150 cm, allowing the iPad to be positioned for both seated and standing users. This makes it suitable for tasks that take place at different working heights throughout a facility.
The VESA mounting plate provides tilt adjustment through 90 degrees in either direction, while pan movement allows the display to be turned towards the user. These adjustments make it easier to position the screen for consultations, registration, point-of-sale activities and other tablet-based tasks.
Four caster wheels allow the cart to be moved between rooms, counters and work areas. Each wheel can be locked when the cart needs to remain stationary, giving users a mobile workstation that can also be anchored during tablet operation.
The through-pole cable management system provides a route for charging and connection cables along the cart. Cable access through the enclosure allows the iPad to remain connected to power while mounted, making the cart suitable for longer periods of mobile use.
The rolling format is suitable for hospital and clinic workstations, retail service points, mobile point-of-sale use, reception areas, temporary offices, classrooms and presentations. The combination of device security, adjustable positioning and mobility allows the iPad to remain accessible as staff move between different areas.
