It is not intended for older 9.7-inch iPad models or the 10.5-inch iPad Air 3rd Generation.
The dual articulating arm extends up to 12 inches, providing additional reach for bedside use and other situations where the tablet needs to be positioned closer to the user. The arm also allows the mounted display to be swivelled and tilted for a more suitable viewing position.
