In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your Ubiquiti product within the 1 year of manufacturer warranty, please contact your account manager in the first instance. Our technical team will do everything they can to find a resolution to your problem. If a fix cannot be provided, then an RMA will need to be registered via the Ubiquiti Reseller Portal.
On all purchases made through Comms Express, we offer our customers options to upgrade the standard manufacturer warranty to a 3 or 5 year advanced hardware replacement.

The Ubiquiti ES-16-150W provides two SFP ports that support uplinks of up to 1 Gbps for high-capacity uplinks.
Sharing a total of 150W, sixteen Gigabit Ethernet ports offer auto-sensing IEEE 802.3af/at PoE/PoE+ or 24V passive PoE to simplify your infrastructure.
By default, the EdgeSwitch automatically detects 802.3af/at devices so they automatically receive PoE. For 24V Passive PoE devices, manually enable 24V passive PoE using the EdgeSwitch Configuration Interface.
The comprehensive UI is easy to learn and allows administrators to configure and monitor features in a graphical user interface. For advanced users, a Command-Line Interface (CLI) is available through telnet and SSH.
