The GS110TPv3 adds full 8 port PoE support for deployment of modern PoE devices. PoE power management GS110TP offers useful PoE power management features to help you better control and monitor your power resource. It can also set prioritisation on power usage so that specified ports are always guaranteed to get the power first if total power required exceeds the total power budget.

The power will be assigned to the PoE ports dynamically depending on the actual power need of the individual network devices so that you don't need to do any calculation. The PoE LED on the front panel will light up if the PoE usage is reaching the threshold, meaning that insufficient PoE resource is left for powering up additional ports.

GS516UP by default uses 802.3bt standard, only compatible for bt standard devices. 802.3bt Standard Devices: to power bt standard devices, select 802.3bt mode to receive 60W of power. Pre-802.3bt Standard Devices: to power up pre-802.3bt standard products, select the pre-802.3bt mode to receive more than 30W of power. If the GS516UP is set to pre-802.3bt mode but the device is standard 802.3bt, then PoE++ power will not be delivered to the device. The switch will only deliver 802.3af (<15W)
