Buffalo's Enhanced Warranty Program covers the repair or replacement of eligible warranted products and extends the original warranty period to four years. Additionally, 24/7/365 access to highly trained technical support provides expert service and the help needed to keep your business running.

    Buffalo Technology extended warranty covers TeraStation 3000 and 5000 series (2 Bay and 4 Bay) units with serial number specified for a period of one year commencing on the expiry of Buffalo's standard 3 year limited warranty subject always to the customer completing registration of the extended warranty. 

    Buffalo Support

    Upon purchase you will receive the registration card which covers the specified product strictly in accordance with the specification issued by the manufacturer of the product into which the Product has been incorporated and in accordance with any documents supplied with the Product.

    • The customer has provided Buffalo with written notice of the defect no later than 30 calendar days from discovery of the defect.
    • Neither the customer nor any third party end user (unless authorised by Buffalo) has replaced parts, maintained, altered, modified, adjusted or repaired the Product; and all Products have been properly maintained in accordance with all reasonable instructions, pamphlets or directions given or issued by Buffalo from time to time.
    • The customer has not removed any identification marks from the Product.
    • Buffalo has received all monies due from the customer in relation to the Product.
