- Postal Deliveries cannot be tracked as this is a limited service.
- Next Day and timed deliveries are carried out on a Best Endeavours basis, whilst 95% of all deliveries are next day or on time, unfortunately we cannot guarantee their timely delivery.
- If you`ve provided additional delivery instructions, these will be passed to the courier, however we cannot guarantee they will act upon this information
Ordering Cabinets/Racks
- Please ensure the cabinets you`re ordering will suit your application and space allowances, If in doubt, please call our sales team on 0845 2000 256.
- Delivery of cabinets is only to loading bay or ground floor only, delivery drivers are not obliged to give assistance positioning the cabinet. Placement of your cabinet can be arranged for an additional charge.
- Deliveries of cabinets to certain areas may incur additional carriage charges. If any additional carriage charges need to be levied, we will always contact you first to get your consent.
- We strongly advise that all cabinets are unpacked and checked before signing for them - It is easier to reject and return the cabinet at point of delivery thus avoiding any potential conflict with the courier who may deny damaging the goods.
- Returning incorrectly ordered cabinets - unfortunately cabinet manufacturers will charge for the re-collection and restocking of their cabinets, Comms Express promises to pass on these cost only.
- Dark Grey/Anthracite/Black & Sound proof cabinets are made to order, Please ensure that these are the correct cabinets for your requirements as the manufacturers do not re-stock these items.
