Unite EAGLE-i Power Expansion Module

The Unite Technologies PDU Expansion unit extends the number of CL-Amps devices or intelligent power strips (often referred to as power distribution units; PDUs) that can be monitored by the Eagle-i SNMP monitoring unit.

The Eagle-i SNMP monitoring unit is capable of monitoring six single phase power trips or CL-Amp devices. Attaching the PDU Expansion unit to the Eagle-i increases the maximum number of PDUs that can be monitored from a single IP address to 24.

The PDU-Expansion unit supports 18 single phase PDU units or CL-Amp devices or a combination of the two power monitoring devices to a maximum of eighteen devices.

The PDU Expansion unit has a 1U form factor, and connects directly to either one of the two Eagle-i expansion ports. (It does NOT require its own network connection.) The Eagle-i will support one PDU-Expansion.
