The FSM7328PS is ideal for large, complex office networks that need to meet the demands of bandwidth hungry applications and a mobile workforce with management, control and flexibility. This L3 managed switch combines Fast and Gigabit speeds as well as Power over Ethernet to supply power mobile network devices, including Wireless Access Points.

NETGEAR's FSM7328PS provides 24 Fast Ethernet ports for data communications; all these ports can also provide PoE, the IEEE 802.3af industry-standard. Power over Ethernet greatly simplifies the positioning and installation of wireless access points, VoIP telephone or IP-based CCTV surveillance cameras. PoE eliminates the requirement for a dedicated electrical socket to power these devices, so you can install and power manage them on a ceiling or high on a wall, typically away from most electrical sockets. PoE allows you to place wireless Access Points or IP cameras virtually anywhere, even where AC power would been difficult to access.

Choose between three interfaces to manage your network switches: a Web GUI, command-line sessions or multiple switches can be securely managed via SNMPv3 with NETGEAR's ProSafe™ Network Management Software – NMS100.
