They are backward compatible with Catgeory 5E and 5 products and systems. The high density GigaBand HD (Triple) outlets present three individual modules within a standard single or double facia and offer the same Category 6 performance as the GIgaBand outlets.

Application
GigaBand and GigaBand HD outlets are designed for use in any voice and data cabling sites guaranteed under the Network Sciences package and will support both Gigabit Ethernet and ATM 622 over copper, with total reliability.

They also support any protocol designed to run within the limits of the Category 6 performance specification including: 10/100 Base T, CDDI, Token Ring, 100 Base Tx, ATM (155Mbps), Video, Voice etc.

Technical Description

• Available in both a proprietary and industry standard mounting enabling two outlets to be fixed in an 86mm by 86mm face plate (single gang), or four outlets in a double gang fascia
• GigaBand Triple RJ45 modular telecommunications outlets are available both fully or partially loaded enabling three outlets to be mounted on our 86mm by 86mm face plate (single gang) or six outlets in the double gang fascia
• Alpha Snap and Alpha Snap HD modules are also available to fit euro size faceplate latches (Easy Clip).
