The TeraStation III Rackmount also includes features to make the IT administrator's job easier. UID LEDs on the front and back can be engaged with the press of a button to identify each unit visually. This is especially helpful if multiple units are mounted in one rack and if the administrator wants to identify a particular unit for maintenance purposes. The TS II Rackmount also incorporates a full host of business level features, such as AD support, quota support, DFS support, as well as hot-swap and hot-spare functionality.
