Juniper announces availability of EX-series Ethernet switches
From last Monday, Juniper's EX 3200 and EX 4200 switches became available, while the EX 8200 series will become available in the second half of the year.
According to Juniper, the EX 3200 and 4200 switches deliver "operational simplicity and reliability" to speed up the deployment of applications and services to advance the economics of networking.
Hitesh Sheth, executive vice president at Juniper Networks, said: "Juniper is now shipping the first members of a new family of high-performance Ethernet switches running on JUNOS software, our customer-proven single-source network operating system."
At the end of last month, Juniper Networks announced that it is adding its Mobile Backhaul Solution to its portfolio.
The new solution allows operators to scale backhaul networks for what it calls innovative service deployments.
