HP has expanded its BladeSystem portfolio with an Integrity blade, it has been announced.
The new blade has been designed to handle memory-sensitive data centre workloads.
It will also enable businesses to cut costs, save space and energy and reduce deployment time.
Commenting on the release, Santanu Ghose, country manager for Business Critical Systems at HP India, said the introduction of the BL870c will enable the company to address the "broadest spectrum" of workloads with a blade infrastructure in the industry.
The expert said: "This server combines the benefit of blades around cost, time and energy with the proven scalability and availability of Integrity systems.
"Our commitment to innovation is unmatched and we will continue our 'blade everything' strategy where it helps customers align their technology with the needs of their business."
